Memberships – Strength and Conditioning

MCAP coach watching athlete lift weights

MCAP offers two streams of Strength and Conditioning memberships for athletes.

Option A

1:1 training — one athlete per Strength and Conditioning Coach.

This is recommended for athletes needing one on one attention with a coach for their development.

Option B

6:1 training — six athletes per Strength and Conditioning Coach

Group training is a cost-effective method for elite athlete development with each athlete completing an individualised program.

With all Strength and Conditioning Memberships, athletes can choose from the following:

Indoor

Strength and Condition indoors, includes sports-specific strength and/or explosive and conditioning training

Outdoor

Conditioning outdoors, may include aerobic, lactic, speed and explosive conditional training.

Running mechanics

Gait mechanic or technical gait mechanic, including speed.
