Emilia Miller-Wilson

Emilia is an aspiring high-performance sport psychologist and strength and conditioning coach, holding a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and currently completing a Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science, with plans to pursue a Master’s in Sport Psychology.

With six years of experience in the sports and fitness industry, she has worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with North Melbourne Football Club’s AFLW program, served as Head Coach at Body Fit Training North Melbourne and Yarraville, and was the Team Manager for Deakin’s National AFLW Team.

Most recently, Emilia spent 19 months overseas as a Sport Psychologist with Singapore’s Olympic Youth Team and collaborated closely with AFL Asia as their Social Media Manager. As a player for the Singapore Wombats, she won the 2024 Asia Champion Cup in Thailand and assisted with coaching AFL Japan’s kids clinic. Now back in Melbourne, she continues her role as Social Media Manager for AFL Asia.

Emilia is passionate about bridging the gap between mental and physical performance, enhancing athletic development for all ages, and supporting grassroots to elite athletes. She leverages her own athletic journey as a learning experience and collaborates with other coaches to drive improvement. Additionally, she is dedicated to expanding the game of AFL on an international level.
