Jack Richards is a strength and conditioning coach currently completing his Master’s in Strength and Conditioning at La Trobe University, after graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Australian Catholic University (ACU).
Jack currently serves as the High Performance Manager at the Western Jets in the Coates Talent League, where he leads the physical preparation and development of elite junior football athletes. Alongside his role at the Jets, he also works within the Strength and Conditioning program at Brighton Grammar School.
At MCAP, Jack is passionate about helping athletes build the strength, speed, power and resilience required to perform at their highest level. He takes an evidence-based approach to coaching while creating an environment that challenges athletes to continually improve and reach their potential.
Outside of coaching, Jack enjoys strength training, Olympic lifting and endurance running and is currently focused on half marathon performance. He strongly believes in training as his athletes do, using his own training as an opportunity to apply the methods he coaches every day.
