Training postponed and looking for a way to keep fit while also social distancing?

To help out our fellow athletes in this difficult time to train within the COVID-19 restrictions we will be offering discounted outdoor strength training sessions(6 participants max) with our experienced coach Jehan and outdoor strength and conditioning sessions with experienced coach Dene Rodger.

Who can participate ?

-Anyone looking to improve their fitness, endurance, strength and to stay on track for when the sporting season is back in full swing.

The following sessions times are available :

Strength Training Strength Conditioning
Monday : 3pm, 4pm, 5pm
Tuesday: 3pm, 4pm, 5pm
Wednesday: 3pm, 4pm,5pm
Thursday: 3pm, 4pm, 5pm
Saturday:

* Please note that the sessions are an hour in duration

Location:

Outdoor Strength Training – will be located at our Essendon MCAP facility in out newly renovated outside training area.

Outdoor Strength and Conditioning – will be located at Aberfeldie Park at the two ovals ( parking available along “The Blvd” rd)

Please note that as we have had to put in place social distancing measures the sessions are capped at 6 participants max and will need to be booked and payed in advance through our online booking system.
