I highly recommend MCAP. The staff are lovely. The centre is clean and the in-house gym facilities are convenient and a fantastic resource to aide in your treatment. Michael is my go to physiotherapist! He is so knowledgeable and takes time to help you understand your injury and what is required to repair your body. He has helped me immensely post operatively in my recovery from a broken heel and has also recently treated my painful arm and shoulder with dry needling, I felt better within a few days it was miraculous.

I went to a GP, x2 podiatrist’s, a sport medicine doctor, a surgeon, spent 10months barely able to work and then 6 weeks after meeting Micheal Grbac I am 90% better. I can walk and exercise, I have my life back. I am forever indebted to Michael. He is so amazing!!! I highly recommend MCAP. What a great facility they have and everyone is so lovely and welcoming.

MCAP is an outstanding facility for sports physiotherapy and strength and conditioning training. After suffering an ACL injury 11 months ago, I worked with physiotherapist Michael Grbac, who developed a tailored plan to help me return to sports. The staff were incredibly supportive throughout my rehabilitation, and the facilities are top-notch. I'm now getting back into sports, and I couldn’t have done it without the dedicated team at MCAP!

Our experience with MCAP since then has been nothing short of exceptional care and service quality from every person in the organisation.Our son has been under the excellent care of Physio/Elite High Performance coach Adam Larcom who is a master at his craft. His expertise, dedication and care is second to none in his field and he has been instrumental in our sons recovery and athletic development. His personalised and tailored approach to recovery is methodical, attentive and always in the patients best interests. Our sons recovery has been seamless and he continues to make great strides in his strength, power and athletic development under his care.Both our sons are now undertaking the Strength & Conditioning programs that MCAP offer for their respective sports. Rhuss, the Gym Manager & High Performance Coach has been brilliant in supporting the boys sporting and athletic goals. This commenced with Rhuss undertaking a very professional and thorough initial screening and then incorporating their specific goals into a personalised program which they work on every week in the quality gym environment at MCAP. Rhuss and his team provide a very supportive and elite environment for the athletes and is always ready and available to support athletes and also effectively communicate with parents. In such a short time that our second son has started S&C at MCAP, we can already see the difference it has made to his tennis game (stamina, power and explosive speed). Since joining my sprints are heaps faster and easier as I have gotten corrections on my running form that I have never gotten anywhere else. During my injury I went to the physio there and I was given very helpful exercises,once I started back at the gym the staff were very helpful in easing me back in.
