Adam Larcom

Adam is an elite High Performance coach with 26 years of experience who has worked in AFL, Wallabies and for the past 11 years as Australia’s National 4x100m coach. This includes currently coaching individual athletes in the 100m as well as AFL footballers in their high performance requirements. In addition Adam has practiced as a physiotherapist for over 15 years. Adam excels in strength and conditioning training, with a strong background in driving individual performance at both a national and international level. With coaching success spanning multiple continents, Adam Larcom is an industry leader in high performance coaching.

In addition to being a physiotherapist,  Adam has completed a Masters in Biomechanics by research. Adam Larcom has coached some of Australia’s finest athletes across distinguished international competitions including World Championships, Olympic and Commonwealth games.

 

With coaching experience across Japan, Russia, China, Germany, Korea, Taiwan, England, Brazil, Bahamas, Qatar, USA, India and Australia, Adam’s career as an established high performance coach is grounded by his extensive knowledge in the field.

Adam has established a High Performance conditioning consultancy working with major athletes including AFL player Cale Hooker (10 years) Essendon Football Club. Adams has worked for multiple elite teams such as Hawthorn and Fremantle in the AFL as well as the Wallabies (Australian Rugby Union team).

 

As a physiotherapist, Adam has treated many elite athletes including Kerron Stewart (Jamaica 100/200 sprint), Marc Burns (Trinidad and Tobago 100m sprint), Greg Rutherford (England long jump) and John Steffensen (Australia 400m) amongst others.

Adam has a particular interest in performance therapy for athletes and  ACL rehabilitation.
