Michael Grbac

Michael is an esteemed Physiotherapist and has obtained his Masters in Strength and Conditioning coaching, with a passion for elite performance maintenance, growth and injury prevention. Michael has an extensive background in the professional sporting field with a multitude of accreditations within the practices of High Performance Training, Exercise Science and Physiotherapy.

As one of our Senior Physiotherapists and Strength & Conditioning Coaches, Michael has an acute understanding of optimal, performance driven training that can be applied from the elite athlete down to the general public.

Through his vast experience over 12 years, both treating and training elite athletes, he has developed a strong passion focussing on the neck, lower back, shoulders, hip and knee rehabilitation and development.

Michael’s methodology is grounded by a core belief that performance optimisation is achieved through an equal appreciation for injury prevention and corrective behaviour. This must encompass looking at an individual as whole not just focusing on the biomechanics but the lifestyle factors, psychological factors, and social factors that play a part in injury presentation. Just as with elite performance, a sustainable recovery from injury must be supported by expert technique and thorough analysis.
