Are you developing power, speed and targeted injury prevention strategies whilst maintaining a competition weight class?

MCAP Welterweight Boxing athlete Jordan Charan solves the problem of balancing those needs with 1-1 sessions with High Performance Manager Rhuss Wotherspoon twice per week. 

Within his program, we delicately balance the needs for power and speed within his program whilst adhering to his weight class.

We target problematic areas that fighters commonly can injure, as well as developing areas often neglected by training methods used exclusively at Boxing Clubs. We also target specific conditioning methods that will compliment Jordan's desired fighting style and demands.
